Return & Refund Policy
Original Artwork All original artworks are sold as final sale. Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of original pieces, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description.
Prints We accept return requests for prints within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Damaged or Faulty Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at stapleton.orla@gmail.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Commissions Commission deposits are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel a commission after work has begun, the deposit will be retained to cover time and materials already invested.
